"Thought I sent this review weeks ago. First, I give FIVE STARS to Sarah Kwaak, a State Farm Customer Service Representative. Will explain later. If I could give a Star Rating in sections, I'll also give Five Stars how smooth everything went changing to State Farm for auto insurance. Now I'm giving One Star, for a "Renters Insurance Policy." This agency caused me to pay an additional $50 extra on rent for two months straight. To make this VERY long story short, this went on from 1/23/24 till April. With several phone calls from a staff member @ leasing office along with me sitting right there, speaking with Kiersten telling her what was needed, plus, several emails I sent to Kiersten, also letting her know "I will be paying an additional $50 on rent until this renters insurance policy is correct. One day I called the agency & spoke with Sarah Kwaak. It was my first time ever speaking with Sarah. Sarah listened to me telling her the whole story & how disappointed I was with this agency, plus, I'm a retiree. I told her I had written several emails to the apartment corporate office trying to get both $50 charges waived. Sarah kindly said, "if I would like her to, she too, will send an email to the apartment corporate office on my behalf. She explained to them, "even though the renters insurance was not exactly how they wanted it, I still had renters Insurance." Overall, I can only give 3 stars to this agency. P.s. corporate did not give me any reimbursement."

"Have been with this insurance for a decade- literally!! NEVER been in an accident where I was at fault, no tickets in the last 5 years, I’m on auto pay so a bill is never left unpaid. I call to notify of an address change coming up on the 1st , and my monthly payment went up $90 a month. No explanation. Just said “it’s cause of the address change” (to Debary, mind you). “It’s not like I can really change anything, this is what it is”. I said okay, looks like I need to go auto insurance shopping! Wasn’t much sympathy on the other end. I got my bill today, haven’t switched addresses yet, and it’s $30 more than it usually is. Wonder why. They WILL increase your rates."
